THIS IS THE BEST SONG IN THE WORLD, OF COURSE IN ONLY MY OPINION. I LIKE IT SO MUCH BECAUSE MY MOM USED TO SING IT TO ME WHEN I WAS A BABY. IT'S THE ONLY THING I CAN REMEMBER. SO THAT'S WHY I LOVE THIS SONG *SOOOOO* MUCH.

It's been said that Axl Rose doesn't like this remake, but I think it's better than the original version. Sheryl gives this song a lyricism and intimacy that is completely absent from the GnR version. When I heard this version, I thought "This song isn't so bad after all..." I recommend it. Sheryl Crow is emerging as one of the most musical artists of our time, and she has done a great job with this remake.

Sheryl Crow has demonstrated her keen abilities as a musician, producer, and interpreter on music on this cover song. When I first heard about Sheryl covering this Guns n' Roses classic, I'll admit I was skeptical. The GNR song is one of my all-time favorite rock-songs. But Crow's interpretation not only shines, it makes me forget all about Mr. Rose completely. Her work only gets better & better. If you don't get a chance to purchase Sheryl's version of "The Globe Sessions" that includes this song, definitely purchase the single - it's well worth the money.

Sweet Child O' Mine is the best song of all time ... That is, Guns N' Roses's version, with Slash's catchy tunes, Axl's great voice, Izzy's amazing guitar, Duff's fun bass, Steve's great drums... And so came this !"$(="$! This is the WORST SONG of all time, it's like a slap in the face to Guns N' Roses! What happened to the amazing guitar solo? And who's this silly woman with that amazingly BAD voice? And why are so many "$)(" giving this crap 5 stars and saying it's BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL? OMG! To like this song, you've got to be deaf. I hope Sheryl Crow is hit by a truck or something.
