I loved this book. I used to read it to my daughter when she was a baby (early 80's) and now have bought it for my grandchildren. It allows you to open the mind's of little ones using visualization. A totally different kind of story book.

Great Therapy for Kids and Adults alike.,

I first came in contact with this book in my own therapy process as a much younger adult. Now as a therapist I use it in my work at times as well. It can be a great healing source for visualization and self-esteem building. I would highly recommend it for parents to use with thier children as well as professionals in a clinical setting with adults.

I bought this book years before my son was old enough to understand it. When he was about 6 years old I brought it out for him. He loved it so much he had me work through them one by one, one per night. I know anyone interested enough to buy it will treasure it to. I wish there were one for adults.
