Pegasus licensed these recordings from KTEL, and they are re-recordings. So if you want the original recordings of Sandy's hits, please look elsewhere such as the Anthology on Raven Records.

I like the CD for some of the new tracks that are not on other items, and she possibly recorded these new for KTEL. So since I have her original recordings on another CD, this was acceptable.

I just do not like the fact that there was no disclaimer in the product description to indicate they are newly recorded songs.

Anyway, it is a pretty good CD once you know what you are getting.

Sweet dreams is what it says and a wonderful cd from Sandy Posey. This cd brings back the good old days when you could go out and enjoy yourself and know everything was all right. Meaning that when you went out you didn't have to lock the place up like fort Knox, Enjoyed the company you were with knowing you were safe and would be treated like a person you deserve to be. Sit and remince with these songs and relax as it was like years ago.

Great music, I forgot all about her until I was doing a search for music. Man what memories and she has a great voice.

I've always said that if Sandy Posey had better song writers, she would
have had a bigger following. Here she does remakes of some 60's best
hits, and does a great job. Any girl who can sound exactly like "Patsy Cline" on "Sweet Dreams" then sound like "Connie Francis" on "Everybody's
Somebody's Fool" has got a great voice. My choice though is "I Will
Follow Him", where she does a mellower and softer version of the song. Did you know that the girl singing on "When a Man Loves a Woman" by "Percy Sledge" is our lady, Sandy Posey?
