One Day This Book Might Get Published,

Indeed, this is another book that may have been written, or is being written, by the wonderful writer Peter S. Beagle. But his novels are few and far between. He has written several novels that should have been published, but have not been--Summerlong being the first. I'm Afraid You've Got Dragons, is another. This one, Sweet Lightning, is a third one. This is a baseball story, set in Pittsburgh, PA, I think in 1950's. I am looking forward to this book. And also Writing Sarek. And whatever the name is going to be for the true sequel to The Last Unicorn (not the bridging novella Two Hearts). So be patient. It has been 50 years since his first novel came out, and there are only 5 novels. We can only hope that these will be published before another 50 years go by.
