Editorial Reviews

From the Back Cover

What if you could make a deal and a difference? Entrepreneur Bill Byrd can show you the habits of great leadership that get the job done well and touch lives along the way. With his experience running candy shops, ice cream parlors, chocolate factories, cooking schools, and even ministries, Byrd demonstrates principles for success that work-and even some that didn't. Working hard is important, he says, but so is working wisely, kindly, and with integrity. Following God's guidance will profit your company more than just focusing on the bottom line. 5.0 out of 5 stars A must-have for all types of leaders!, April 14, 2006
This review is from: Sweet Success: 12 Proven Habits of Winning Leaders (Hardcover)
Bill Byrd's experiences in business are a delight to read. What I like about this book is that he subtlely injects Godly principles in managing his company's everyday operations. While Bill's human side often overpowers the usual "big-boss" persona, he also enforces his authority when the need arises.

I recommend this book for CEOs, entrepreneurs and managers-- or even if you're a self-employed, one-man office. Byrd's leadership style and sensible work-ethic is truly inspiring. It has changed the way I work and relate with others. I'm sure this book will make a difference in your life too.
