Bill Byrd's experiences in business are a delight to read. What I like about this book is that he subtlely injects Godly principles in managing his company's everyday operations. While Bill's human side often overpowers the usual "big-boss" persona, he also enforces his authority when the need arises.I recommend this book for CEOs, entrepreneurs and managers-- or even if you're a self-employed, one-man office. Byrd's leadership style and sensible work-ethic is truly inspiring. It has changed the way I work and relate with others. I'm sure this book will make a difference in your life too. |
