This is a wonderful, wonderful recipe book in which all recipes are raw and healthful. Something that can be enjoyed by those who have a sweet tooth but don't want to compromise their health for it. She has a couple recipes for carrot cake, and an icing for the carrot cake (using pine nuts, maple syrup and lemon) that is no less than heavenly in flavor. There are numerous recipes also for raw pies (using the concept of piecrusts made of natural raw ingredients such as nuts and seeds). You won't be disappointed with this "raw" recipe book!
