This is a super album. I am upset over the fact that not all of the songs from the show were put on the CD. Other than that it is a super CD. All of the songs are great. I just love this show. I wish that it was put on DVD or VHS season by season. The theme song rocks. I just love this album.

Sweet Valley High was a guilty pleasure if there ever was one. It was one of the funniest and most underrated teen shows on television. Great characters, clever dialogue, and wonderful production values put it above the rest. It was cancelled too soon and will be always be missed.

This soundtrack unfortunately does not do the TV series justice. While some of the songs are great, like the long version of the theme song, All to Myself, Rest of My Life, Rose Colored Glasses, She's Got the Answers and a few others, most of the songs fall flat and are pretty boring. The series had some terrific songs throughout its run that are unfortunately not featured here. Not sure who chose the songs that appear on the soundtrack, but a better job could have been done for it. A Vol. 2 would also have been appreciated.

Despite all that, the mentioned songs are great and worth the (very cheap) price of the CD. Any Sweet Valley fan will be crazy not to add this to their collection. They will enjoy most of the songs at least. Now, if only we can somehow get this wonderful show on DVD!

Contrary to other sv fans about this soundtrack, I think this CD is an ok one. There are some great songs like the SVH theme song (of course), Rest of my Life and All to Myself are all cute. But there are also some songs which I think goes toward the 'suck songs' category, like the songs Lotion, Secrets and My Jessica bec. I don't like these songs were sung. It should have sung better. But all in all, this soundtrack is a must-have for every sweet valley fan and have it as a collector's item.

I got this at Big Lots,when My Fiancee and I went out with my mom,Embarring,HUh! I love to hear the short and long version of Sweet Valley High theme.
