Sweet Dreams: A guide to Productive Sleep,
This review is from: Sweet Dreams: A Guide to Productive Sleep (Paperback)
This little book is an eye opener. I thought I only needed 6 hours of sleep, not so. I am convinced that the body needs the rest to rejuvinate itself. So now I turn off my radio, relax and fall asleep. Through his insightful knowledge he shares about relaxing, stress, noise, disturbances of sleep, and much more. I sleep better and when I can't get back to sleep I am aware of the why's (usually stress and tention or just thinking about what the next day will bring for me)and I can easily adjust. I use to eat and drink before bedtime and have to get up in the middle of the night because of it, now I have changed my eating habits and it is not a problem anymore. I loaned my book out to some friends and they too said the book helped them. Now I try and get at least 8 hrs of un-interupped sleep and I feel better, more alert, refreshed and less tired at the end of the day! I am glad that Frank Minirth wrote and shared his knowledge. Sweet Dreams All!!
