This is a classic album in many ways, not only demonstrating the essence of lover's rock/ reggae but also show casing the incomparable talents of the lover man known as Beres. Truly amazing album of conscious lyrics and ballads. Songs that would become standards of his live performances are Sweetness, Double trouble, Come Back Home, Putting Up Resistance.

Beres Hammond has the style that makes Reggae music popular everywhere. He is a consummate artist, who spreads love and emotion in all his songs,his sweet grooves and rhythms will keep you feeling nice and theres nothing in his songs that won't keep you smiling and feeling elevated . Truly a great performer. Live or recorded, Beres, is a Jamaican songbird.
