We just bought a house with an inground pool and were very nervous about letting our 27 month old son play in the pool...We bought various swim aids and floats, and this was the hands down winner with our son, he LOVES it! And I love that I can pull him around in his boat without having to actually hold him up in the water. (See my review for the swim school tot trainer for that) It inflated easily with an air pump, stood up to our cats trying to attack it and our son dragging it all over the house before it made it to the pool. We couldn't be more pleased!

i purchased this float for my son when he was two - he is now almost four and now my 10 month year old son uses it - that's how durable this product is - it's easy to blow up and deflate, the kids fit comfortably in the seat and the horn is fun for the kids - they are not as scared of the water if they pretend that they are driving a little car - great price too!

We got our "toddler racer" in the mail yesterday, and my two year old son was already honking the horn, turning the wheel and trying to climb in before I could finish inflating it. Our pool experience was a lot more fun as we could swim and play games with him without having to take turns holding him at all times. He had a blast, too. He's still obsessed with it and is actually sitting in it right now (inside the house). Highly recommended!

My husband and I could not be in the water at the same time becouse our 1 1/2 year old was terrified of the water. Every time we wanted to go to Mothers Beach we knew we would be able to swim together and that sort of put a damper on our day but this boat was a life saver!!!!!We could now put our son on his boat and both my husband and I could go in the water together. The only problem we have now comes in when we try to take our son out of his boat!!!!Not an easy task! We love it and now we look forward to taking our son with us on our trip to lake Mead!!!!This boat is a vacation saver! Thank You!

We bought this floating device for our 2 year old son for a vacation in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. He loves being in the water and we thought that this product would be fun and safe for him along with helping him start to understand the concept of swimming. The steering wheel piece broke off immediately and would not stay on secure from that point on. Also it seemed that it did not hold it's air for very long. It is a cute float for a cheap price, and you basically get what you pay for.

and she just loves it. She is now 12 months old and she is still
loving it. The store was out of the smaller version but I find
this one just fine with room to grow.

I am actually quite impressed with this product. We bought it when my daughter was two used it when we went on vacation and then hauled it out of storage two years later to use it again. It actually had a tiny hole in it when we first bought it so I simply took one of those Johnson & Johnson water proof band-aids, cut off one of the sticky sides and covered the hole with the sticky part. It's still on after three years. We used it for my two year old son when we went on vacation and he loved it. It even held up my daughter who is now four years old. Granted they both weigh the same.

Our toddler loves her float! She's quite comfortable in it, and it (thankfully) gives our arms a break in the pool. However, we're about to return our second one to the store to give it a 3rd shot. First one, the steering wheel broke off before we even got it blown up (and left a couple of unsafe, sharp plastic pieces behind). Store swapped it out for us, no problem, except now the second one has a leak (blew it up last night, it's flat this morning). Guess we'll be taking it back again. Hopefully the third time's the charm as my daughter really seems to like it and (despite our experience thus far) it feels like it ought to be more durable than many of the alternatives.

We saw a child at our community pool with this, and our son just had to have it. After waiting many months for it to be in stock, we finally bought it. The very first time we used it the 'horn' in the steering wheel fell off and would not go back in, shortly after that the steering wheel fell off and now won't stay in. It's just no fun without the steering wheel, so he doesn't want to use it anymore.

My 14 month old and I use this toy for an aqua aerobics class. He loves to sit in the boat and float and kick his legs. I think it's great for exposing him to water and I get a chance to exercise and work off post-pregnancy weight.
