5.0 out of 5 stars Turn your pool into a water fountain!
I love using this in my pool. Whenever I am entertaining I hook this blossom up to my pool and voila' I have a really beautiful water fountain. The color of the blossom also adds color to the pool. It was not difficult to put together and is easily installed. Love it!

2.0 out of 5 stars Swimline Raindance
We ordered the Swimline and when we received it, we realized it would not fit our soft side above ground pool. It appeared heavy duty and I feel for the right size pool, it will be a lot of fun. But a person needs to make sure that the fitting on this foutain, will fit your fitting.

5.0 out of 5 stars Swimline Triple Tier Fountain, June 5, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Just Received and installed my new fountain. We've actually owned this one before and

it lasted about 5 years - it was in the pool 365 days a year and in the Florida sun before the plastic float started to crack. Anyway, this one is the same if not a little better. This one seems to go higher than my last one. On a 1.5 HP (220 volt pump) in ground pool this fountain will got about 10 feet in the air at it's highest point (maybe even a little higher than that if the filter is clean). I have 4 returns in my pool but I block off one and attach the fountain hose to one (thus have 2 remaining for circulation). It is very nice. I'll try to post a short video if I have time.

5.0 out of 5 stars everyone loves it, July 15, 2010

This was so affordable I was nervous... but it was easy to install and everyone really loves it. We got it before a barbecue and it really added a lot to the mood in the yard. We have an older in-ground pool. The fountain hooks up to one of your inlets where the filtered water comes back into the pool... instead of going straight into the pool, the water goes through a soft transparent hose that sits on the bottom when it is filled with water, and the water is ejected out through the fountain. It took us a couple of false starts to figure out which adaptor was the best one to use with our pool inlets, but we had it running in about 20 minutes. At first the water pressure from the inlet was not enough to raise the water up more than a few inches on the fountain, but we added one of the included caps on another inlet, and swapped a second inlet for a more restrictive exhaust, and that raised the pressure enough to bring the fountain up about two feet, which is perfect. The system they provide to moor it in place did not work for us (a flimsy cable tie that you are supposed to use to hang the included weight to the hose): the cable tie snapped immediately, so we ended up improvising a string from the hose fitting on the bottom of the fountain to the bottom weight, which has worked perfectly so far. Perhaps this was because we installed it in our deep end; the instructions recommend installing it in the shallow end, but we thought that was more likely for people to trip on and step on the soft hose, so we put it in the deep end, where the hose is totally out of the way on the bottom since you never walk on the bottom in the deep end :)

This is a nice swimming pool fountain. We have had other fountains from the same manufactor. They are

all the same on the working parts but this one is heavier plastic on the decorative pieces. Very nice

and makes a pretty spray. Much more attractive then the picture.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product , Just what I was looking for!!, July 7, 2011

We already had this fountain but thru the years the clear tubing wore out. The pool supply stores wanted a fortune for one and we couldn't find just the part we needed. So when I saw this for sale on line I ordered it right away, the price was great and the shipping was very quick. I am very satisfied!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Lovely Pool Fountain takes some tweaking to get right!, October 16, 2007
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:2.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Swimline 8592 Floating Triple Tier Pool Fountain, Stone, Swan (Lawn & Patio)
First of all, this is not a TOY, as categorized by Amazon. This is a pool fountain which attaches to a "jet" or return valve in your inground pool. My biggest complaint is with the plastic hose clamps that came with the product, meant to clamp the flexible hose onto the base of the fountain head and onto your selected pool jet. One worked fine, and the other clamp just would not tighten. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a metal hose clamp to attach to the bottom of the fountain head. It worked beautifully, but I wonder about the long-term rust factor. So far so good. Once that was done, the hook-up wasn't too hard. I had to block off all the other jets except one (with plugs that were included with the kit) in order to get the height I wanted out of the fountain. Altogether an inexpensive way to enjoy a water feature in your pool after swimming season is over. (You wouldn't want to use this fountain during swimming season because of the restricted jets and the long flexible tube lurking under the water.) Bottom line: I like this fountain.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor Quality, July 14, 2010

The fountain shows a picture of a large fountain. This thing only got to be about 6 inches high. The instructions are pitiful and not helpful. The tubing is cheap and caused my filter to start leaking. It went back promptly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great and easy to install, November 6, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I buy this product and I was a little worry about it for the others review. Honestly, it is a great item and I'm very happy with it. The instructions are not the best one but they only offer different types of installation for different pools. In my case, it was easy to install. As to the function, it works great too. It reach up to 12 feet tall all depends how many water return you close. Also this is to be use on underground pools or those with a motor more than 1hp. If you motor is small, it will not give a tall fountain. Me and my family love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars wonderful fountain, September 28, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Although I did read almost all of the reviews about this fountain, several mentioning problems, I ordered it anyway. Our main purpose is to use it as a "pool cooler" when the water gets over 88 degrees. We finally got around to using it. To our surprise, it is just amazingly pretty! We have a 24 ft round pool so we set it on the lowest setting first (leaving the 3 holes open in the connector or allow most of the return waster to go into the pool, not the fountain) as we wanted to start out slow to pick the right setting. Every hole in the fountain put out a beautiful 4 to 6+ ft high spray! All sprays were even in their layered heights. You will want to add the weight because if you were to walk away from the pool without the fountain being weighted, it could float to the edge of your pool and pump all the water out. I's say you will need a very large pool to use setting 2 or 3 for a lengthy period of time. I'm sure we will use the 2 setting when it gets in the 100's and we all just want to get cooled off as well as cool the water. The only thing that could have been better with this one is, lighting. With the water down to 65 degrees we won't be swimming again this year but, we will still be having deck parties and I can just see the water spray glimmering off the lights on the deck. Oh, the fountain arrived quickly and was well packaged.
