This is a useful little book for a beginner. Everything is explained to the point and one can read the book in less than an hour. There is less/no explanation about "why" to follow a specific body action, but gives sufficient description about "how". It ll be useful for beginner swimmer and a parent who is helping his/her children learn to swim. It serves as a useful manual with good illustrations.
