Make sure you already own and can perform most of the aerials from volumes 1 and 2 before graduating to these aerials. Daniel and Angel start by showing you what the complete aerial looks like. Then they break it down step by step with multiple tips along the way. Then they do it again to music from multiple angles. The DVD contains only 7 aerials but they are all at an advanced level of difficulty so they will keep you and your partner busy for months.

I've been watching Daniel Newsome's DVD's for a few years now. He's still as awesome as ever. He and Angel just really get swing, and appreciate it for all that it is. They know their history and why certain moves are performed the way they are. It's just awesome to see teachers who aren't in it for the wrong reasons. Okay, that's my purist portion of the review. :)

Volume 3 was great! Daniel seemed a little more relaxed and into it this time around. Which was nice. And Angel was great. They were easy to follow and the steps they take you through will get you into the air in no time.

Of course, learn the basics with the first few DVDs and then jump up to this one. You won't be disappointed. :)

I have all 4 of these aerials videos and they are truely the best you can get. In all there are over 40 aerials of all different difficulty levels. These dvds are taught by professionals who obviously care deeply about swing and its history. Volume 3 is just as good as the first 2. A must have for every swing enthusiast. This video features a different female teacher, Angel Jenkins, who is really good. If you have seen the other videos in this series, 3 and 4 were def made later, and it shows. The quality has gone up! A great addition to the series.
