There are things you NEED to know,

Dr. Robyn explains the basics very clearly and upfront without mincing words. There are things you absolutely must consider as a couple before jumping into the world of swinging - this video is a must view.In addition to Dr. Robyn's work, I highly recommend a book called: "The Lifestyle" by Terry Gould.
