5.0 out of 5 stars The most productive golf specific exercise program ever..., March 10, 2000

I am an Athletic Trainer with 15 years of experience and always searching for better ways to reduce injury potential and enhance athletic performance. Neil has hit the nail on the head with this video! He has done a fabulous job of integrating functional exercise and the science of biomechanics into a meaningful and complete golf specific exercise program. His recent book, "Total Conditioning for Golfers", expands and compliments the "Swing Reaction System in a way that no other system can offer the serious golfer

5.0 out of 5 stars I feel 10 years younger!, July 13, 1999

This review is from: The Swing Reaction System - Biomechanical Golf Exercise Video [VHS] (VHS Tape)
My hips were stiff, and I was losing yards off the tee. Now I hit the ball longer, I stay loose, and I am winning tournaments again! Thanks! I tell my lazy friends about this tape. The exercises seem easy to do, but the work out is much harder than I expected. I can't believe how flexible I am!

5.0 out of 5 stars I added thirty yards to my drive!, January 7, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The Swing Reaction System - Biomechanical Golf Exercise Video [VHS] (VHS Tape)
At first I thought, "Ya, right!" when I read the testimonials about this tape. My physical therapist suggested it as a way to help me improve my game. Well I stayed with the program for about 3 months before I played regularly again, and WOW!. I really gained a 30 yards off the tee. Amazing. The tape is very good, and the workout at the end is harder than it seems like it should be. I read one other review, and it is clear that he didn't try any of these exercises. My butt was sore for days!!! END
