Pandora led me to this song on a station I have that's based around La Roux's "Bulletproof." This is actually a really light, ethereal song that would appeal to people who like "Genius of Love" by Tom Tom Club as well as the mellow haziness of the Cocteau Twins. (Actually, this song has a bit of a dancebeat, and I can't think of anything by the Cocteau Twins that has that - but it still has kind of an Elizabeth Fraser tranquility about it.)
