5.0 out of 5 stars I'm not sure how this ended up on Amazon August 9, 2012
By Zelda
Format:Audio CD
This is digital copy of an analog recording made by my father, Arnie Carruthers, in the 1960's. My dad passed away in 2011. I don't know how it has gotten on No one from our family has authorized the use of the recording so any money paid is not going to the original artist (unless, by chance, this was submitted to by Vickie Frazier), but instead to someone who decided to sell something that perhaps wasn't theirs to sell.

My dad was an amazing musician so if someone stumbles upon this and enjoys the music, I guess that's one more person to know how great he was. I'd rather know that people were still enjoying Dad's music than quibble about a few pennies when someone purchases or downloads the album. My favorites include Midnight Sleigh Ride, The Night Has a Thousand Eyes and Surrey With the Fringe On Top. Noel Waters is playing bass on this recording.
