Swirl, Sip & Savor was an excellent addition to my recipe book collection. If you like reading recipe books, you won't be disapointed in this one as it makes a great read! The book has been a great resource when looking for something to bring to a party or gathering. The Gorgonzola-Pear Tartlets have been among my favorites in the book. The wine pairing suggestions are a bonus to the recipes as well as the wine tasting trivia. I have been giving the book to my family and friends as gifts and they are as excited to receive the book as I am to give it!
