These are the best non-stick cookware I have ever used. Compared to other non-stick fry pans that I have used in the past, they have a heavy, sturdy feel. Better yet, they cook food beautifully and clean up easily. I am definitely saving my pennies to by other pieces by this company.

We bought these because of the bad press about Teflon and how it contains unhealthy chemicals. We later found out that these pans basically contain the same materials for their non-stick surface, it just isn't Teflon brand material. Pretty misleading advertising. That said, we like the function of the pans so we just use them for low heat cooking which is supposed to be ok with the non-stick surface.

I like making omelets in my pan. I use very little oil or butter and the eggs slide around. if I burn the onions or bell peppers and cheese a little. The residue just washes off with little effort. I think these pans are the best.

I've had mine for 6 months and they recieve very heavy use. Unlike most non-stick pans, these ones still work and look like they did the day they came out of the box.

Would definitely buy again.

I've been a fan of Swiss Diamond since I bought my first one and have since then given them to friends and recommended them as they seem sturdier than others. You can use ordinary utensils to cook with them and the have a metallic feel to them which differs from normal non stick cookware.

But everything 'aint perfect in paradise as I've found. After a year of use I noticed that one of my pans had an acculumated black deposit that just would not come off. These pans seem to be universally praised and have a lifetime warranty so I though this should be a simple matter of talking to the manufacturer and getting some support on how to fix or replace it.

Sadly the local distributor resorted to the tried a test formula some companies use avoid warranties or meaningful support

1. Our pans are perfect and that's why we offer a lifetime guaranty
2. You had a problem with our pan
3. Since our pans are perfect (see point 1) it must be your fault so we deny all liability and see no reason to honor the warranty in any way.

The agent insisted that my deposits were proof that I had used too high a heat - don't you love it when that say you've done the wrong thing by using high heat on a fry pan? He said that food stuff had become welded to the pan while frying!!! Since the pan was now pretty well useless and I had nothing to lose I took to it with a steel cleaner (not that I'd ever recommend this for a non stick pan) and surprisingly most of the deposits came off and the pan is now usable again. So there's a silver lining after all. Thank you Swiss Diamond, for your 'wonderful' service.....

These are the best I've ever cooked on. The heat distributes beautifully, never a need to set flame any higher than a medium. Clean up is a breeze. Personally, although the manufacturer says it is OK, I do not use any metal utensils on them and clean them as soon as I am done cooking. Wipe them dry and store them one inside the other with a large piece of old rubber matting I had cut to conform to shape. A precaution against scratching.

i would definitely recommend to anyone. when cooking in swiss diamond pans it's like what ever you have in them is floating, while still browning. good weight, not too heavy but not flimsy either. i also love the sizes, and the height of the sides aren't too high to making using utensils too difficult to get under items. i do use steal utensils, i haven't put in dish washer, as soon as i'm done i run water in hot pan and wipe out. perfectly clean.

The 8" & 11" swiss diamond skillets are super nice. Love the way they cook!!!

Diamond cooking ware is the best ever! I've used it for several years and eventually I have needed additional pieces. I ordered these two items recently to add to my collection. Food is evenly cooked, does not pick up strange taste/smell from any coatings and tastes freshly made. The cost more than makes up for the length of time/usage the pieces provide, and the quality is super. I recommend this brand of cooking ware to one and all!

These are a bit more pricey than normal teflon pan. But my use so far shows them to be superior. Lower heat
settings while cooking and very easy cleanup. Paper towel to wipe out and there is no visible residue remaining.
Looking to buy the bigger 12.5 inch pan for bigger portions.
