5.0 out of 5 stars Super Quality Tent
This Swiss Gear Tent absolutely stands up to its name, The Quality, Design and durability is higher then most tents I've seen in its class, We have been using it all season long and it held up great.

2.0 out of 5 stars Nice SIze just hope for no rain
This is a pretty nice tent as far as setup and looks. We used it for three nights and the first it flooded completely in the rain while my neighbors coleman stayed dry all night long. We even put a canopy over it the second night, and it still leaked. As far as fiting four people in this , it would be possible as long as your all in a sleepig bag. We used a air...

We used a air mattress(quenn size) and barely had room for our bags. The frame was quite sturdy and held up extremely well in the 20 mph winds we were having. I would recommend this tent only if you are going to use it in a dry climate or know for sure your not getting any rain.

1.0 out of 5 stars Leaks! What is the point of having a tent if it LEAKS?!, March 19, 2011
This review is from: Swiss Gear Kanderstag Backpack Tent (Blue/Grey) (Sports)
I set up this tent in some woods with some buddies of mine and was proud of my tent when I got it set up (looked good). I spent time cleaning a section out since it was on my brother in-law's land and planned to use it for the future in the same spot. It rained most of the time and the rain went right through the tarp that came with the tent! Got all my stuff soaking wet so I ended up sleeping in the car! What is the point of having a top cover with this tent if it's not water proof! I thought it was a joke! There is no reason to buy a tent that does not repel rain especially for $100 bucks! Very disappointing coming from such a big name as Swiss Gear. I could buy a $30.00 Colman and be dry and more satisfied! I will never buy a Swiss Gear tent again! I would not recommend buying this tent unless you plan to use it inside for your kids or something like that.

The tent is soo easy to set up. There are only 3 main poles for the majority of the tent. Admittedly we didn't figure out the window poles right away, but once we did it was easy! It was big enough for 2 twin air mattresses. It was REALLY hot when we used it and the open screen top allowed for what little breeze we had to go through our tent. LOVE it!!!!
