I've been trying for three days to get a RMA# (return merchandise authorization number), they won't accept a watch for repair without one. I've called the toll free # 20+ times and still haven't been able to speak to someone. Thank goodness I only paid $80 for this watch or I'd be upset.
My final verdict: a disposable watch, wear it until it breaks (which in my case was seven days) and throw it away.

This Neptune model is one of the best mainly because it has luminous numbers and pointers. Very nice to wear, light and easy to read. You will enjoy it as I enjoy mine.Published on October 14, 2010 by A. Fernandez
