I have always been a fan of Swiss watches of all calibers. But, for the money, this one is hard to beat. I love this watch. I wear it out to dinner with my wife or out on the beach without a single concern. Many people have estimated the cost between $500 and $2000. Little do they know the real cost (cause I am not going to tell them).

I bought a very similar Hanowa Swiss Military watch. The watch was very attractive, had clear and bold numbers, and generally was good looking. Unfortunately, it stopped working four months after I received it. I sent it back to Hanowa's U. S. agent for warranty repairs. Instead, I got an estimate for repairs in the amount of $175.00, or nearly what I paid for the watch. It was a casual-wear watch, and looked like new when returned. I expected that something labelled Swiss Military would be fairly robust. Apparently in this case, "Swiss Military" means "Fragile, do not wear" or something similar. So, not only was the watch unreliable, but the importer wouldn't stand behind the product.
Save your money and buy another brand.
