First of all, I love the way this watch looks and functions. The black and red look makes it versatile, able to wear with both casual and work attire. And of course, it keeps time well.

However, I've owned mine for only a year and a half and I've had to get the pins that hold the band to the watch replaced 2 or 3 times already, and now the latch/clasp that secures the belt has broken. I don't think I'm particularly hard on this watch, so I'm wondering if the build quality of this brand or model is in question.

Other than the problems with the band holding up, I really do like this watch - if it weren't for that, I would give this watch 5 stars. I'm hoping I can find a replacement band for it, but that is proving fairly difficult, even for an internet-savvy person.

I actually found this watch for $100. After seeing it on here for x amount more, I indulged and bought it. I have really small wrists so finding a relatively small navigation-type watch doesn't come often. I love the black metal finish and the red face adds some class making it a great watch that I can wear to work, play, and so forth. I wear this watch at work so I get it scuffed on metal surfaces a lot and unfortunately some of the black finish has started to scrape away bringing up the stainless steel coating underneath. While some may see this as adding character to the watch, others would probably see this as a negative but this is expected from a black metal wristband. Keeps time well, the chronograph feature is also a nice touch and well implemented. Just make sure you read the manual b/c each crown has multiple functions for setting time, stopwatch, the alarm, and so forth.

Great addition to my Swiss Military watch collection! In fact, my number 2 favorite ot of my 25 Swiss watches.
