When you say the word jazz, many sounds of music come to mind. The word jazz to me is the sound of this CD. This is complete down home jazz. This is what the word jazz is! Making music off of the chord changes of a tune and expressing your feelings and thoughts of the title, melody, and chords of a tune. These guys do it with the utmost feeling! Every song is played with everything they have. Every musician on this CD gives their all. I recommend this CD for every JAZZ lover of hard hitting yet subtle smooth jazz lovers.
