A light and knife shaped like a key. Not a bad idea but poorly executed in my opinion. As a key it will be the largest key on your keychain just adding extra bulk in your pocket. As a light the push button is too easily actived in your pocket or purse thus wearing down the battery. The knife isn't bad. It has both a straight edge and a serrated edge. Both edges are sharp and the knife snaps open securely. For a keychain tool it is too big for so few functions. They could have at least added a nail file on the side. If it is a light weight knife you seek I recommend the Swiss Army Cadet - the Cadet is almost keychain size, very high quality and very functional.

It's a little bigger/bulkier than I had expected. I wish the light was a little brighter, and that the button to turn on the light was a slide, I'm sure when I have it in my pocket it is being pushed on which will eventually cause the batter to die. All in all it's just OK.

Battery runs out in a few weeks since the low-resistance button (it isn't very springy) gets pressed constantly in your pocket no matter how you orient your keys. Since the flashlight makes most of the bulk, this isn't a useful tool.

Swiss+Tech UKCSBK-MX Utili-Key MX 5-in-1 Keychain Tool with Flashlight, Knives and Trigger-Snap Hook
When I received the tool the light flashed once. I replaced the batteries and it still did not work. The cost of returning it with a tracking # is too much to be worth returning it. I would give 5 stars for the knife part which is great. If you buy one, get it where you can try the flashlight before you pay.

I have to open several boxes a day in my job, and would never keep a knife in my pocket. (I'd always seem to lose them!) As I only have two keys on my keyring along with the "clicker", I thought this would be an assett to try for about $7. I would use an inkpen point or one of my keys to break the tape. I always worried about breaking or bending the key, and then I'd be up sh!t creek! This has been better than great! I use the screwdriver about once a week, and the knife repeatedly; mostly on a daily basis. I don't care about the led light. I didn't get it for that....it was a "bonus" if it worked out. Wellll, several people have commented that it does die rather quickly while in your pocket, and it did. BFD. I have bought several, and given them to my customers and colleages. Everyone is happy with its performance. I took it off its "leash" and just added it to my ring. It's a little bigger than my 2000 Honda key, but not as large as the key to the 2013 Ford F150.

I ordered this because I was hoping to have a flashlight on my key chain. The flashlight is very bright and the button is easy to use. The knife is large and has a sharp straight edge and a serrated edge, but I find it to be hard to unfold (the fingernail grip is farther from the edge than is comfortable). Overall, the knife is much more useful than one you might find on a regular pocket knife because of its size. I ended up ordering several as cheap Christmas presents.

This is a cool way to carry around a little knife. It's obviously not for self defense and it doesn't lock out but great for random times that you need to cut something like a thread, or tape, open an envelope or box, or whatever. It looks like a newer vehicle key. The logo on mine has all but worn off after a couple months in my pocket and the area around the edges where the key ring fits got scraped up but neither of these things really bothers me. My biggest con for this product would be the flashlight feature. It was not very bright to begin with and currently barely works. Also it tends to turn on in my pocket due to the button being pinched or pressed by keys or my leg or whatever. Overall it's handy to have and I would recommend it for the price. ... at least for the actual knife which is still in good working order after a couple months and you barely notice it's there.
I added pictures to show the superficial wear and size relative to a normal house key. ..

First item's flashlight wasn't working. Returned and received new one. Not even after a month, flashlight not working again. I think it's the battery?
