Bought this to take to Comic-con in San Diego this year and it held a ton of my stuff. Has well thought out design for pockets and zippers. The "stand-up" handle on top is a nice feature that I used a lot. I also like the iPod pocket with headset access hole for keeping your mp3 player inside the bag. My lenovo T400 15.4" laptop fit nicely into the laptop slot and it has a velcro strap to keep it in place. Very nice bag and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I considered a more expensive version of the SwissGear backpack line, but I'm glad I went with this one. It's a great value.

Well, the title says it all the bag is great but is really not the same shown in the picture. The red accents are more than the ones we see on the picture. Still this is a great bag, perfect for laptop carrying.

First of all I have to say this is probably the best backpack I've ever seen in terms of construction quality and finish, this thing is ready to hold whatever you throw at it without tearing apart, trust me, it looks more like a camping backpack than a notebook one. It has pockets for virtually anything you want to store, and even pockets inside pockets. The cellphone pocket is a little narrow unless you have a really small cell, I have an LG Cookie and had to push really hard to get it in.

The only downside is the this baby is HUGE, don't be fooled by the pictures (I was), it is a pretty big backpack, I'm almost 6ft tall so that doesn't usually happen to me with a backpack, it did with this one. Like I said, it looks more like a camping backpack with a notebbok slot, I was looking for something more suited for the urban use. I sadly had to return it and continue looking for something smaller with an awesome build quality as this one, which I'm sure will be hard to find at this price range.

I was looking for a backpack that should look professional and at the same time be light, practical and ergonomic.

This one is great by all means, but for the weight and location of pockets.

It's got a steel made handle and other small parts that together with the robust fabric add up to a weight that is more than I was expecting (though should enhance a longer lasting).

Also, pockets and computer compartment are high in the bag, which is great for easy access but bad for its gravity center (it can't stand still without flipping to the front when laying on the floor, for example).

I bought this backpack for hiking and I love all the features like sunglass holder, ipod w/ headphone slot, laptop pocket, water pockets. It has lots of pockets for different items. I don't know why it isn't labeled as a "computer backpack" since it has the laptop pocket. Descripton says it fits laptops up to 15''. The one I received looks identical as shown in the picture unlike the other reviewer.

I plan on buying this bag again once I find a way to justify having a second one lol But in all seriousness I'm a college kid and I've used a lot of bags in the past. This one takes the cake. I wish I could have had this in high school. Gifts my Sony VAIO VPCCW21FX with ample room to spare. Now I take my laptop with me even when I don't really need it just because of how convenient it is to carry.

The bag looks really good, has lots of pockets for everything. Has great capacity. Quite a comfortable fit on the back. Only thing, as mentioned in the other review, is that it tends to fall flat when you keep it vertical on the floor. However, it's not that big a problem. Great bag overall.

This is an excellent laptop backpack. Definitely worth every penny. I have a lightweight laptop (under 3 lbs) and having this light backpack makes it a perfect match.

I also like this backpack for the fact that it doesn't have so many pockets on the outside like the others. Makes it look more professional and unique.

The backpack I received has more red accents than the one shown here...however, it is still very much the same.

Would definitely want to own another one when the price come down.

My school is "technologically advanced", and we mostly use laptops instead of notebooks/textbooks. This back is a perfect fit for my laptop (Thinkpad X41 Tablet (12.1") with Extended 8-cell battery is a tight fit into the laptop pocket, however nowadays laptops have somewhat different form factor (widescreen), and I can see a 15" laptop fitting there), along with a few notebooks required for some classes. The front compartment is perfect for carrying a charger if your laptop doesn't hold enough charge for the day. There's one pocket that I haven't figure out a use for, and it's located on the low back of the backpack. If you put something there, it becomes a bit uncomfortable. It comes with a 5 year warranty, although after reading it, I don't see any significant coverage. Overall, it's a great backpack for the price.
