I had to spend 20 minutes with a pair pliers trying to get the dispensing mechanism to work. At the bottom of each silo are 2 bent sheet metal arms that hold capsules in place and allow them to slide out. When I first received it and filled it with capsules, some silo did not hold capsules at all dropping everything straight down and some did not allow capsules to be dispensed. I had to adjust every single holding arm, 8 of them all together, to make it work. Still not perfect as the sheet metals are cut and welded in a way that is hard to adjust perfectly. For this price point, the build quality should be much higher. I still like the product and enjoy having it so I gave it 3 stars instead of 1.Swissmar 80010 Cap Store Nobile for Nespresso Coffee Capsules

The Nespresso machines come without a storage place. The Swissmar Nespresso holder is made specifically to store Nespresso Coffee Capsules. So, why not buy a device made to hold the unique nespresso coffee capsules. That is in theory what this product does; however, it is VERY hard to get the pods out of the holder. The price of $70 would suggest that the holder would work as advertised. It doesn't....it holds the capsules, but it requires a wrestling match to get to the coffee. If I could have returned the item I would have....Best suggestion....don't buy it!

I have been using this capsule dispenser for some time now and have had absolutely no problems with it since I unpacked it. There were some comments about difficulty adjusting it, but I found this to be far from the case. I did adjust the small ribbons on the bottom that keep the last capsule from falling out, but this only required some fine pinching with fingers that literally took no time at all and was very easy. I have been VERY happy and would buy this again.
