We gave this as a gift for some friends we visit near Salt Lake City. We got it to use for an apres ski dinner. We decided what we wanted to grill and serve as sides. We made a beef and red wine soup along with the traditional sides, sausages, potatoes, gherkins, red peppers, etc. Although the red peppers didn't grill so well (they were barely charred after 10 or so mins.), the cheese was really delicious. The center 2 pans of cheese melt faster than the outer ones, so it took a little watching to make sure to move the center pans outward and replenish the inner pans with fresh, unmelted cheese as needed.
