I'm someone who is pretty critical of products, and have written some pretty scathing reviews of items that I feel have let me down. But having bought two of these, I just do NOT understand the bad reviews. First, I find it astounding that even ONE person (let alone THREE) would think that the rack comes with the capsules. Really? Do you also think your breakfast cereal comes with the fruit, bowls, silverware, and smiling children on the box? I mean, no offense people, but come on... use your heads. (And as most people who buy nespresso know, you can only buy the capsules from nespresso. no other entity sells them. annoying, yes, but that's the way it is.) Second, while I can't exactly say that it is an economical solution (if you want that, a cardboard box or existing drawer would probably work just fine), it is WAY cheaper than anything on nespresso's own site (their capsule storage solutions are jokes -- I'm a total sucker for consumer goods and even I won't pay the ridiculous prices they charge). While I understand the criticism that there should be additional mounting options besides the double stick mounting tape, it's not THAT big of a deal. (In my case, the double stick mounting tape they supplied kind of sucked, not nearly sticky or adhesive enough for the inside of my cabinet door, and I heard a crash in the middle of the night and woke up to capsules all over the shelves! I replaced it with heavy duty velcro adhesive, and I've never had a problem since. So yes, I'll deduct one star for the lame mounting tape.) But for people with criticisms like "what if I move?": It's SO easy to go to a hardware store and get new velcro or new mounting tape for your new house. You can pick it up while you're buying moving boxes!

Just got this with the excellent Nespresso maker and frother and this is the only item I'm a little disappointed in. First, I thought the pods came with it (okay, that was dumb). But second, the only option to mount is to use the sticky gum on the back of the flat panel? Really, I hate using that stuff, what if I move next month, I have to buy a new one? And $30 for a simple metal holder is a little over the top. If you are buying a Nespresso and you have the option for this item, I would think twice. In truth, I may come to love this thing once I'm swimming in over-priced, proprietary wasteful pods, but we will see.

I love this Nespresso coffee capsule holder. It is very slimline and easy to mount. It holds a huge number of capsules and looks great in my kitchen. I cant recommend this capsule holder enough.

Great and easy to use. I recomend it to everyone!!!! Just glue with the double layer tape that already comes attached to it!

so far this has worked perfect for me. I have put it on the tiled backslash and it is nice and sturdy. It is a great idea because it stores capsules perfectly and it looks sharp.

Good quality manufacture product. Is well finished and of good quality materials.
As per the issue of being hold on cabinet doors, walls, etc. by means of double sticky tape, since I didn't want to take a chance, I just drilled 2 little holes (one on top strip and the other on the bottom one) to screw it to the interiors of cabinet doors.
It's also true that you only can take out capsules from the bottom, but thinking outside the box, you can also take them out from the top.
So I bought 2 racks and filled every line with 2 coffee blends. Then, I can have all 16 blends in only 2 racks, and can take capsules from either end.
It may not be the better solution, but 4 racks, on 4 cabinet doors, for all 16 blends, seemed too much for me.
The only thing I don't understand is there are only 12 blend labels to stick to the racks. Seems the forgot 4... (that's why I am giving it 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5).
Overall, a great product, of neat appearance and a great space saver.

Simple storage unit that did what I required... removed coffee capsules from the kitchen work top yet still be easily accessible when I want to make a coffee. It was a little pricey but to be honest I could not find anything else that beats this unit. Unlike some reviewers, I have found the sticky Velcro that came with the unit has been strong enough to withstand the weight.

I have to agree with the others who feel it's pretty pricey, but I bought mine used from the Amazon warehouse--it was probably a return from someone who thought it came with capsules! It's a really clean solution that I'm very happy with -- in fact, I just ordered another. And although my second one is also from the warehouse, I'd pay the full price if I had to, it's that useful. I'm one who really doesn't like a lot of stuff cluttering my counter, and I mounted it inside a cabinet door. Using that otherwise wasted space is great. The right channel was a little bowed, but because I bought it used, it's not clear how or when that happened. We were able to straighten it enough to hold the capsules just fine. That, and the price/value are why I gave it only 4 stars. I've only had it up for a day, so I can't comment on the adhesion of the sticky-backed velcro, but it seems pretty secure. The capsules aren't very heavy and I'm expecting it to hold. I was pleased to find clear labels with the capsule names included - although some of the ones we like were missing (Fortissio Lungo wasn't there, nor were any of the Pure Origin flavors).

This is a great space saver that got my capsules up off the counter and out of the way. I looks nice and the construction is sturdy. I would much rather use the tape provided than have to drill a hole in the wall so I'm very happy with the mounting option provided. A bit more expensive than I would have liked but ultimately the best option for the money.

This rack looks and works great, it adheres well to the wall, and the colors of the capsules show through and look very good. The negative reviews are nonsensical. It states that it does not include the capsules and the price would be much higher if it did. Duh!
