I bought this Book, DVD and the study guide. We studied the book as a group. Lots of great information if you practice what Dr. Leaf teaches it will be a life changing experience. This is a great book and DVD.

This was a great study in how the brain works. I would recommend it to anyone trying to understand how the brain works.

Dr. Leaf Speaks far too fast. That coupled with her accent makes it extremely difficult to understand. Much of the material in the book is too complicated for the average person who simply wants to apply the material. The subject is good and the material needs to be presented in such a way that anyone can understand the concepts and learn to apply them. Hopefully someone will make that happen.
