I can't speak for other combinations of Nude case colors on a black iphone 4, but clear does not work well. With the case on the phone, the back shows dust, scratches (on the case), and rainbowing and generally looks crappy. Lots of dust gets in the at the front edge of the phone/case boundary, contributing to a dirty look. I have a feeling the clear case on a white iphone would look much better, and that the black Nude case would look right on the black iphone, but I found no recommendation for this anywhere. That would have bumped my rating up a star since this mismatch would be my own fault.

The other star was for the price and the fact that the edges are kind of sharp and uncomfortable against your ear. The edge of the case is exactly flush with the face of the phone, but you can still feel the case edge while talking.

Also, I noticed that someone described this case as hard plastic. I'd just like to point out that while the case is hard in terms of rigidity (as opposed to a lot of soft silicone/rubber cases), it is actually very soft polycarbonate (Lexan) hence, it scratches very easily but is extremely shatter-proof.

I wish I could post a pic of it, but take my word for it, clear on black doesn't work well. The Griffin diamond case that I got from the iphone 4 case app looks much better and was free...

Great case!!!!! I really like SwitchEasy Cases and this case is my favorite so far!!!!!!

If you are looking for a really clear hard case that you wouldn't mind throwing a way a few months later, GET THIS ONE.

It looks like it's gonna crack in the future or if you drop you phone, but for this price I'm happy.

The edge is not airtight, so slightly dust comes in a little bit.

In general would strongly recommend since this is the only one I found that is clear/transparent enough, yet very light weight.

This Case is made out of flexible hard plastic. Case is crystal clear and its extremely smooth. Therefore, its slippery when you hold it and it probably won't offer shock protection or high impact protection. Since its so thin, you retain the original iphone look. Looks and feels great the only drawback is that it does show watermarks on the top right corner and little bit on the bottom back. But if that don't bother you , than I would highly recommend this case. Fit and finish is great.

This is my 5th case, and this is the thinnest best fitting case of all. Howver, $20 for a small piece of plastic?!? Come on, $10 would have been much more reasonable.
