This is a great intro to teaching basic basketball skills to children between grades 3 to 5. Sheryl is a good narrator and the explanations are easy to understand. The drills are also presented in an easy to understand manner, and the demonstrations are complete and well-explained. I would recommend this DVD to other elementary PE teachers.
