Received case at the appropriate time,, the wood work was acceptable to present to my former boss, the Plexiglas was fine, but the clasps were sub par, and didn't fit correctly. Customer service was excellent and accommodating, over all i would recommend this product for people like myself that can't spend a fortune, but still would like to have something nice to display.
