I bought this game because I saw that it was one of the few NES games which went four player and I wanted to utilize my four score and have a few more cool multiplayer games. Unfortunately, this game is a big disappointment. I wanted to like it, I really did! But compared to similar games, this one is just lacking. It reminds me a lot of Might and Magic, but the gameplay just doesn't work as well. And the multiplayer just doesn't work either; additional players can only attack when it's their turn during battle. In short, they occasionally get to push one or maybe two buttons every once in a while.

I give the game two stars because it seems like good effort, but in the end it just doesn't work as an enjoyable game.
