Does not work properly. Product does not cool the laptop at all. Better not to have a laptop cooler than to have this thing.

I received this product about two weeks ago. Today it quit working. Tomorrow it will be in the recycle bin. Another Chinese product rip off scheme of hard earned dollars. It is an insult that anyone would actually sell me this piece of crap and the seller who did so is a thief.

the fans are too weak to cool their self also the hub is just a toy that does not work at all.

The cooling pad seems to be cooling ok but its very cheaply built. You have to play with the on swicth to turn it on. The USB ports are not usb 2.0 as advertised and does transfer information (like MP3 music) without locking up the computer. Do not buy because of the cheap price. Spend an extra $10 and get something decent.

I did hours of review and chose this one because I have a laptop that is 12" wide and this one fits it perfectly. If you have something bigger, i dont suggest getting this product. The second reason why I got this one is because I keep it on my lap while I am on the couch. It felt really comfortable and took away most of the head from my legs. The fans are really quiet. I am initially thinking that there is not enough power to truly counter the heat coming from my computer. It is good for what I paid for it $17 with shipping and 0 tax. If you just want to cool ur comp a bit and put it on your lap, then this is the product. If you are having overheating issues, i would suggest getting something more powerful. Check the RPM (revolutions per minute )to compare. This one runs at 1500rpm ( 3 fans)and there are other out there that run at 2300 rpm. Keep in mind that it might make noise if it is pinning at a faster rate. I was also thinking that if you wanted a really inexpensive docking station this might work. It comes with 4 extra USB ports. Why not plug in a keyboard, mouse, monitor (usb adapter) to the cooling pad. Hope my review helped you make a good decision.

this fan is working fine, because my computer is on 24 hours a day so is doing a good job so far.

Good product overall. Did what it supposed to do. If you handle these cooling fan with care then it could last you for life. Its life span will shortened if its being moved too much. I like the extra usb on the side.. remember....be gentle.

I don't really know why most reviews here are negative, but I have been using this product for almost a year now. In fact I found this better than some of my previous Targus chill mats that are expensive.

It's good that it has 3 fans because my laptop also heats up around the center. The only negative I found is that it gets a little noisy sometimes, but I'm not bothered by it coz the noise usually goes away after a while.

If you are looking for a good cheap cooler pad, get this one. If people say otherwise, maybe I'm just lucky with this unit I got.

Its noisey. The plastic its made from is so flimsy that it deforms and one of the fans hits on the housing. The USB ports will not support my printer or my air card.

Fans have a habit of not running, very loud when they do run. Spent a little extra money on something better than this.
