Like many self-disciplined astrologers, I own a copy of Linda Goodman's sunsign to begin with. The thing with Goodman is that everyone seems to be almost 'perfect', all the signs are either too good to be true or with minimal flaws. The same goes for several other books that follows. However, when I bought Omarr's book, I was blown away by his honesty in describing each star signs. We are, afterall, not perfect, he pointed it out in a 'not so subtle' way and I find that to be rather humourous and refreshing.

Personally I don't find the addition of rising signs necessary on Omarr's book and he didn't define clearly how one can look at those Ascendants. If this section is better written and not look as if it was added there just to justify the price of the book, then I would definitely give this book a 5 star.

I would recommend this book in addition to all those other 'feel good' astrological sun sign books. You would discover that Virgo can be too critical, Sagittarius can be too selfish, Taurus can be too stubborn and Pisces can be too emotional.
