The designer, Christine DeGennaro is based in Florence, Italy. After years of designing clothing in New York City and teaching at the Parsons School of Design, Christine relocated to Florence to pursue her love of painting. In the process, she caught the bug for designing handbags and accessories. I was disappointed in these items. I would be embarrassed for anyone to look real close at the shoddy construction and "vinyl" imitation leather. If it wasn't such a hassle, I would return them.
