I have a Panasonic bathroom exhaust fan (Model# FV-08VQL4) . The bulbs (Model# FDS18E35/4) were busted and I needed to replace them. When searching online I found that the original Panasonic replacement bulbs were selling for about $15. Then I came across this bulb and it worked out perfectly and costed only about $5!! Best of all FDS18E35/4 bulbs are cool white light but Sylvania 20683 bulbs are warm white light. It always bothered me that only one bathroom out of the three in my house had cool white light. Now all of them have the same warm white light. Overall very happy with the purchase.

None of the local hardware stores had this particular bulb. The house is older, with lighting fixtures to match, and we searched all over for this item. Several close calls but none actually fit. Found the right one on Amazon and it works!! Got a spare just in case. Thanks for the internet and Amazon.

I really like these bulbs! They come closer to the incandescent lighting that I'm use to, (which is 2700K) and I did try the 4100K (cool, bluish light 4100K)compact fluorescent light, and am happier with the color output that these provide for everyday illumination. I'm sure others have been a tad bit frustrated with the newer bulbs and what the Kevin rating means, so I hope this helps others to decide. Cool (4100K) bluish lighting is best for higher contrast aka reading books or print, and as a background light for your computer monitor or flat panel screen which improves the overall contrast and helps relieve eye strain.

Like some of the other reviewers, I have a Panasonic bathroom exhaust fan (Model# FV-08VQL4) and needed to replace the bulbs (Model# FDS18E35/4). I purchased these because I could get them fast on Amazon, instead of the Panasonic ones, which are expensive or take longer to ship. The bulbs arrived in perfect condition, with the boxes wrapped in bubble wrap and shipping was quick with Prime.

The bulbs work fine, however, I am displeased with the light output. When searching on Amazon, this bulb came up first as the viable alternative to Panasonic. I wish that it had shown the other, closer options first, because I think that some of the other Sylvania bulbs are more similar in color temperature than this one. As it is, these give off a somewhat yellowish light. I guess it is fine if you like that, but I like the cooler (white/blue) lights. I can't really fault the performance of the bulbs since they work, but the color leaves something to be desired. I wish Sylvania or Amazon did some sort of chart to explain the color output because it would have helped in making a better decision.

I checked at all the local home improvement stores, and none of them had this fitting size. After a quick search on Amazon, I ordered this and it worked perfectly!

They have the same appearance as the Panasonic bulbs that were presumably installed along with the bathroom light fixtures. No difference in brightness. Given the bulb life of fluorescent bulbs, these will likely still be working long after I've moved out of the apartment they were installed in.

I needed a bulb for a light that no local store carried. I ordered this and it fit perfect. It was a lot cheaper than other websites and delivered fast.

At a great price. This is a very hard to find bulb in the stores. This bulb has a warm yellowiish light. Great purchase!

Amazon is the place to be when you can't find what you're looking for at a store. It works great and I recommend getting this if you can't find it in the store.

These worked great in my Panasonic bathroom ceiling fan/light. They cost 1/4 the price of OEM Panasonic bulbs. They are bright and seem reliable. Highly recommended!
