Tape Locked In VCR & Picture Went Out After Only 2 Weeks.,

Had this in our kitchen for about 2 weeks when the vhs tape got stuck in the VCR mechanism and would not come out. Yes, it was a brand new tape. The picture went out completely when this happened rendering the TV DOA.Customer service told us "unplug" the TV to reset it and try removing the tape again...yeah right. Took it back for a full refund. Warning about these "combo" units. The VCR portion will breakdown...you'll have to bring the entire unit in to get it fixed. |
