It has a built-in 181-channel NTSC tuner and it's capable of displaying high definition TV signals--1080i/480p/480i/720p--with an optional HD tuner. The digital 3-line comb filter separates black-and-white detail from color information to virtually eliminate edge crawls and rainbow effects while enhancing picture resolution.

The single-disc DVD player is also compatible with video that you burn to DVD-R/RW discs, as well as audio (both CD and MP3 format) burned to CD-R/RW discs. DVD playback features include zoom, search, slow motion, and still frame. It has built-in stereo speakers and a coaxial digital audio output, enabling you to produce 5.1-channel surround sound via a stereo receiver. It features the following video connections:

I bought this TV/DVD combo as an extra TV in bright room. I have it connected to coax cable through a VCR. I get a very good picture from satellite and antennae through the cable connection with no bleeding of normal black tones. The picture is crisp and clear.

I like the 4/3 screen for broadcast viewing as that is still the prevalent ratio out there. Probably not the best choice for mainly movie viewing. But the built in DVD player is nice and one less component in my limited space.

I did alot of pricing and looking and am very pleased with the quality of this item and it's capabilities for the price.

This is a great item. It is clear and wonderful reception with either DVD or satellite. I love the ability for space-saving too.

I purchased this TV/DVD combo for my bedroom. I have it connected to coax cable to a digital service. I get a very good picture from cable connection and DVD's with no bleeding of normal black tones. The picture is crisp and clear.

I love the built in DVD player. It is nice for I have no dressers or shelves in my room. I have the TV mounted on the wall and with this TV there is no worry about DVD component placement. I also like the DVD playback features include zoom, search, slow motion, and still frame.

I spent a lot of time searching for TV's for the best value for my money and am very pleased with the quality of this item and it's capabilities for the price.
