Double Horse Helicopter
This RC helicopter is really cool. On the positive side- great to fly. Responsive and very well built. On the negative side- motor gets excessively hot due to heatsink blocking cooling holes in motor. Works better without canopy- all in all, 4 out of 5. Can't be beat for the price!!!

Good luck finding parts
I got this as a present from my dad for my birthday. I had previously gotten one of the smaller helicopters that are always flying around the malls at Christmas time and I became fairly good at flying one of those. Unfortunately, I broke one of the main rotor blades within 3 minutes of opening the box. This wouldn't normally be a problem, except you cannot find parts...

I got this as a present from my dad for my birthday. I had previously gotten one of the smaller helicopters that are always flying around the malls at Christmas time and I became fairly good at flying one of those. Unfortunately, I broke one of the main rotor blades within 3 minutes of opening the box. This wouldn't normally be a problem, except you cannot find parts anywhere! After an extensive google search I found an American online hobby shop, but they've been out of stock forever, and the only other place is an Australian hobby shop. I would probably recommend something else for your kids as they will probably break it eventually, if not right away, and without spare parts this thing is useless.
