With its onscreen menu, the Symphonic SL240A four-head VCR is easily programmable, and can record seven events for up to one year.
It has a two-step, high-speed picture search, frame advance and quick rewind. Other features include three-speed playback and two-speed recording. Front audio-video inputs allow easy access.
The Symphonic SL240A comes with a 30-key, infrared remote.

First off, I found that this VCR offers a very extensive array of features. The only things that it lacks are a clock on the front display and VCR+ programming. Other than that it is great. Good picture and sound, with a nicely arranged remote. Also provides great quality for recording. Overall, if you're looking for a good second VCR, this is it.
