Symphony for the Sheep is a beautifully written rhythmic poem. Its illustrations are eye-catching and tender and harmonize well with the text. This book is a great elementary teaching tool, as it explains the process of the sheep-to-sweater transformation without being boring. A great read-aloud, too- your kids will get into the rhythm. Wonderful book.
