Shot in black and white and obviously a dated movie.
I always wanted to see this movie because Eartha Kitt would appear in it. Not a very large role, as I discovered, but a nice one and she made the best out of it. The film is about Synanon house , and is in reality also an existing institute for drugaddicts. I found the story not really an exiting one, but it was shot in a beautiful way The black and white comes very strong and ads much to the total of the movie... All in all , still an interesting enough film to be seen more than once. |
