I purchased this as a gift for a sister-in-law and it works great. The picture quality is great, the transitions between pictures varies and are interesting - not just the regular fading in/out etc. It is easy to operate and I would not hesitate recommending this to anyone interested in a nice digital frame.

Right out of the box, this picture frame had issues. We purchased on Amazon based on the one positive review. Please do a search and look for other reviews, and you will see that they are not favorable. The frame looks like junk-something you would buy in a dollar store. The picture quality is terrible, but I suppose you would expect that on a cheaper frame, which is fine. The big problem is that it just doesn't work. Elsewhere, other reviewers have noted the same thing. The frame keeps shutting off if it is plugged in and you move it even slightly.

We also purchased a product int he same price range that is much much nicer- the Aluratek 7" frame.

This is a beautiful frame. Easy to down load and operate. Bought it for my 99 year Grandmother as a gift. It meant a lot for her to see her family that lives so far away.

Bought this product last year and it is still working well.I was printing photos yesterday with original cartridge.the menu and controls are a little touchy but it does work.

I was very disappointed in this product. Right out of the box it didn't work. It shows one picture then crashes every time. No support appears to be available. Looks cheap AND doesn't work? Wow. I'm thrilled. I cannot recommend this.
