I can guarantee two things from listening to this CD: you will laugh (out loud!) and your heart will be filled with compassion for the opposite sex!
There is real wisdom here, and real-life tools, for today's world of dating and relationships. With 4.5 hours edited from a live seminar, Armstrong makes it fun and exciting to learn more about the "opposite" sex -- and about ourselves.
My wonderful daughter gifted these CDs to me, and I am very grateful -- I am already seeing impressive results in how I think and who I am attracting.
Alison is some sort of genius, with gifts handed from on high to her to communicate and support both men and women equally without games or pretentious rules, AND, she does it with hilarious timing...think Carol Burnett when she did her Q&A with her TV audience. This woman is in the moment and she simply loves women for who they are and men for who they are. For me, to be able to hear all of this stuff I've been doing innocently wrong with the opposite sex due to my biological wiring, in a non-threatening, humorous, honest manner...well there is no better way to spend my money.
I've always felt information is power/powerful. I can now stop banging my head against the perverbial "wall" when dating. It's just as important for women to understand women in the context of dating as it is to understand men. She has gotten it down to the core and it applies to all of us, not just some. You can here the women or the men in the live audience agree with her. Heck, I'm sitting at home agreeing out loud...she's that captivating and that compelling.
She breaks down dates, from the car ride to the restaurant to being at the restaurant, to phone calls, 3 months later, 9 months later, chemistry, attraction, what does it mean when he/she says/does blank, etc., etc. She just pours it out. There's so much information.Read more ›
Armstrong is not one of those tawdry relationship guru types that just help you get a hot date for Saturday night or be a great lover. It is about deep understanding and peace between the sexes for long term workability in relationships. She also does not put men down like so many do. I think this is refreshing and needed. Ladies, male bashing really is not helping us or our relationships, lets give it up and belly up to the bar for mutually loving and empowering relationships. Alison helps us learn to do this. It is a place of much more power and love than any male bashing could ever get us.
