About the Author

Patricia Rose Upczak is a Reiki Master, Teacher and Author. She taught in a high school program for learning disabled adolsecents for over 20 years. She has been involved in reiki and writing since 1984. She has written 3 other books, STEVE ( a grieving process book for families), Reiki A Way of Life, and Synchronicity, Signs and Symbols. She is currently teaching workshops and writing a mystery for adolescents due out in January 2005 (The Mystery of Devil's Gulch).

A great companion book for Synchronicity, Signs and Symbols. Found it easy to understand, fun to fill out and amazed at what I have learned about my self. Recommend it to those people that have a hard time journaling, it will get you in a routine.
