This review is from: Syndromes of Corruption: Wealth, Power, and Democracy (Paperback)
Johnston uses comparative case studies to present his case that corruption takes on different forms in different societies, and understanding these forms is essential to combating it. Johnston makes and defends his case well, and is a useful contribution to the field.
This book is a step above the layman level, but is still quite accessible. |
