If your interested in Syracuse history, this is a fun book to own and learn from. In my 40 years of living in CNY I never knew about the trains running down washington street, the automobiles industry beyond Fisher Body and NPG, the race track in Westcott, the monster brewery near downtown, or that West Genesee Street was a fancy address before it became automobile row. This is a very enjoyable read.
